How We Work
Discover & Define
1
Whether you are planning a remodel, addition or new custom home, we begin by learning about your property, goals, lifestyle and investment range. From there, we define the scope and the right path for your project.
Design & Planning
2
Our in-house architect and interior design team develop your plans and guide the selections that shape your home. We coordinate pricing, engineering and permitting throughout the process, preparing every detail for construction.
Construction & Delivery
3
Our experienced construction team manages your project with craftsmanship, hospitality and transparency. Your site leader keeps you informed throughout the build, while our in-house carpentry team brings added skill and care to custom features and finish detail.
