I joined the Army in 1982 and soon became a member of the Ranger Community in the US Army’s Special Operations Command. The Ranger Regiment is committed to extremely high personal and professional standards. The Rangers expect extraordinary personal initiative, commitment to your team, and selfless leadership. This sets their members apart and ensures the Ranger Regiment is the finest light infantry in the world. The second stanza of the Ranger Creed states: “Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite Soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept that as a Ranger, my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.”

My experience as a leader in the Ranger Regiment set the standards for my personal expectations in business and for how I treat all of our stakeholders to this day. And my years of real estate development experience inform every part of Nally Homes’ operations.
