Every project starts with a conversation. Whether you are planning a remodel, addition or new custom home, we take the time to understand your property, how you want to live and what you hope to create. Together, we establish your goals, investment range and the right next steps for your project.
Design & Select
This is where your ideas begin to take shape. Our in-house architect, interior designer and client selections manager guide you through plans, materials, fixtures and finishes for your home. We also coordinate any engineering your project requires. You will receive access to our Design & Selections Guide to explore options and prepare for the decisions ahead.
Estimate & Prepare
With your plans and selections in place, we gather detailed pricing and put together your final project budget and construction contract. We walk through everything with you, answer your questions and discuss any changes from the initial estimate. While permits are underway, we prepare for construction and introduce you to the site leader who will guide you through the build.
Build & Deliver
Your site leader becomes your go-to person throughout construction, keeping you connected to the progress of your home. Our construction professionals, trade partners and in-house carpentry team bring the plans to life with skilled craftsmanship and care for every detail. We keep you informed along the way and finish with a final walkthrough and project closeout.

No. We have an in-house architect and interior design team who can guide your project from architectural plans through interior selections. If you already have an architect or designer, we are happy to work with them.
Our preconstruction process typically takes about 3 months, depending on your project. It’s designed to give you time, support, and clarity before the build begins, so all key decisions are made upfront. We’ll guide you through each step to ensure your vision aligns with your timeline and budget.
