One of the highlights of the remodel is the newly opened kitchen, creating a more inviting space for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen features Calico White Quartz countertops with a standard eased edge, paired with a Coconut Grove Grey ceramic backsplash. The backsplash is finished with warm gray grout and laid in a horizontal pattern, adding subtle contrast and texture to the space. New cabinetry, appliances, and a gas range complete the refreshed kitchen, while matte white hexagon mosaic tile carries through the kitchen flooring.
Throughout the entry, hallway, and powder room, the matte white hexagon mosaic tile continues, creating a cohesive detail from space to space. In the living room and sunroom, Barlinek Manchego engineered hardwood in an Ash finish adds warmth and natural character while creating a seamless connection between the two spaces.
The sunroom was transformed into a comfortable work space with new windows, a sliding glass door, updated walls and ceilings, and a new ductless HVAC system. In the living room, a new gas fireplace with a custom mantle and surround adds warmth and character.
Together, these updates create a fresh and comfortable coastal retreat—thoughtfully designed to embrace the relaxed lifestyle of Bethany Beach while giving every finish and detail a purpose.
