Originally configured with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, the home no longer supported the needs of the homeowners or the way they envisioned gathering with family and guests. The reimagined layout now includes five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half baths, along with thoughtfully integrated spaces including a home gym, butler’s pantry, wet bar, and elevator.
Throughout the home, a neutral palette and clean architectural lines create a calm, elevated atmosphere. Natural wood tones, layered textures, mixed metals, and stone finishes bring warmth and visual cohesion while maintaining a modern coastal aesthetic.
The kitchen was redesigned to feel both functional and inviting, centered around a striking Taj Mahal quartzite island and durable finishes suited for beach living. Each bathroom introduces its own character through carefully selected tile and material combinations, creating a layered and curated feel throughout the home.
