From the beautiful entry staircase and curved doorways to the original wall paneling, the home has no shortage of unique architectural features. Our team is thoughtfully blending these existing elements with updated spaces, bold selections, and modern comforts.
The renovation includes reimagining the home’s rooftop decks into inviting outdoor gathering spaces and transforming an original bomb shelter into a wine cellar. Throughout the home, our team is updating dated 1970s features, bringing in more natural light, and incorporating playful colors, distinctive finishes, and unexpected design details. With a mix of coastal influences and bold personal touches, the finished home will be anything but ordinary.
