What areas do you serve?

We specialize in custom home builds and remodels across Coastal Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

In Delaware, we serve areas including Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, North Bethany Beach, South Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and Ocean View.

On Maryland’s Eastern Shore, we work in areas such as Ocean City, St. Michael’s, Easton, and Cambridge.

Do you build on land I already own? Or can you help me find a lot?

If you already own land, we can build on your lot. We’ll evaluate your property, discuss your goals, and help create a home design perfect for you.

Still looking for the right location? We work with local realtors to help you find the right property in Coastal Delaware or Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

 

What if I already have an architect, or don’t have one yet?

If you’re working with an architect, we’ll collaborate closely to support your vision and ensure a seamless build that aligns with your goals.

If not, we’ll help assemble the right team by connecting you with our trusted architectural partners.

 

What is the preconstruction process like?

Our preconstruction process typically takes about 3 months, depending on your project. It’s designed to give you time, support, and clarity before the build begins, so all key decisions are made upfront. We’ll guide you through each step to ensure your vision aligns with your timeline and budget.

Do you have any homes for sale?

We don’t, but that’s because every Nally home is custom-built just for you. We specialize in new builds on your lot, as well as additions and remodels.

During preconstruction, we’ll talk through your goals and guide you through design and selections that align with your investment, while still delivering the quality we’re known for.

Do I need to work with an architect or designer before I start?

You can come to us at any stage! We’ll connect you with trusted architects and designers and our in-house Client Services Manager will guide the process to ensure your vision aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and budget.

 

Can I make changes during the construction process?

Yes! While most decisions are finalized up front, we know ideas can evolve. If you want to make a change, we’ll walk you through what’s possible, any timeline or cost impacts, and how it fits into the overall project. We’re here to stay flexible and keep you informed every step of the way.
