Macie Parcells

As our dedicated Client Experience Director at Nally Homes, Macie is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, Macie goes above and beyond to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services provided by the Nally Homes team. With a passion for actively engaging in the construction process, Macie guides clients seamlessly from initial contact to contract signing. Her expertise shines as she educates clients on what to expect throughout the custom building journey and provides valuable assistance throughout the entire process. In the pre-construction phase, Macie is there to support clients in selecting the perfect design materials for their dream homes. Once the construction process has begun, she manages quality assurance to ensure that the client’s visions are being captured. Macie also maintains close communication with each client so that they always know exactly where their project stands.

Macie is a Sussex County native and grew up in the small town of Roxana. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business at Towson University she moved home to be closer to her family. She enjoys spending her free time at the beach, going camping, fishing, and biking around town. Macie currently resides in Ocean View, DE with her husband, Christian, and dog, Maggie.
