They came to us looking for more space to comfortably host family and friends, while preserving the relaxed, beachside feel that makes their home so special. The result is a seamless extension that adds function, personality, and room to make lasting memories.

This addition includes a flexible outdoor living space on the ground level, complete with a storage area and room for comfortable seating. It’s the perfect spot for casual entertaining after a day at the beach. Inside, we designed a custom bunk room that sleeps six, along with a full bathroom and additional storage to support our client’s growing family. Just off the existing living room, the new seating area features a built-in custom desk and offers a quiet space filled with natural light and views of the Indian River Bay.
