I joined the Army in 1982 and soon became a member of the Ranger Community in the U.S. Army’s Special Operations Command. The Ranger Regiment is committed to extremely high personal and professional standards. The Rangers expect extraordinary personal initiative, commitment to your team, and selfless leadership. This sets their members apart and ensures the Ranger Regiment is the finest light infantry in the world. The second stanza of the Ranger Creed states:
“Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite Soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept that as a Ranger, my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other solider.”

My experience as a leader in the Ranger Regiment set the standards for my personal expectations in my coastal construction, renovation, and real estate business Nally Homes. It is the basis for how I treat all of our stakeholders to this day. I use my years of real estate development experience in every part of the Nally Homes operations.
I strive to recruit the best team members here at Nally Homes. I provide continuous training to improve competency and confidence. This allows us to create systems to ensure smooth operations. I only select and retain the best contractors and craftspeople to deliver beautifully designed coastal homes, building homes in Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and more!
