Taylor Jachimski

Taylor puts her planning and organizing skills to work to help keep people and projects on track from initial estimate through completion.

Even before projects begin, Taylor drafts cost outlines, scope of work documents, and design contracts and finalizes them for client review, working in our Buildertrend project management system. As projects kick off, she creates SOPs and sets up project templates for client communications. Weekly, she works with site leaders on status updates to ensure schedules and deadlines are in sync and adjusts them as needed, keeping clients informed every step of the way, including taking site photos at key milestones.

Taylor is a Delaware homeowner, living in Millville with her husband and their dogs, Zoe and Milo. She serves as an ambassador for the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, you can find Taylor enjoying beach walks with her family or participating in trivia nights at Dewey Beer Co.
