Rich Moore

Rich brings decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to the Nally Homes team. Born and raised in North Dakota, he served 14 years in the U.S. Army as an Army Ranger and later as a Military Police Protective Service Specialist in the Military District of Washington, D.C.

Following his military career, Rich worked as a welder on offshore oil rigs in Alaska before settling in Coastal Delaware more than 25 years ago. Here, he worked as a site superintendent for Carl Freeman Communities and later served as a project manager for several local custom home builders.

From 2001 to 2026, Rich owned and operated his own construction company, specializing in fine carpentry, custom cabinetry, staircases, and railings. Today, he brings that same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to the Nally Homes team, leading projects with a hands-on approach and a commitment to getting every detail right.

Rich lives in Milton, Delaware, with his significant other, Laurie, and their goldendoodle, Cody. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, kayaking, fishing, and attending music festivals and concerts.
