Owen Welsh
Project Coordinator
A Delaware native, Owen began his journey with Nally Homes as an intern and has since grown
into a valued member of our full-time construction team. His customer service, teamwork, and
problem-solving skills are a great fit for his current role, where assists the Site Leader with daily
on-site supervision and coordination of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
In this hands-on role, Owen supports the Site Leader with daily on-site operations, helping keep projects organized, safe, and moving forward. He monitors progress, assists with scheduling and material coordination, and performs quality checks to ensure work stays on track. From documentation and client support to carpentry and punch list work, Owen plays an active role in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish.
Owen is a business major at Delaware Tech and brings both his education and “get it done”
work ethic to the Nally team. He enjoys learning from his colleagues and from the professionals
and craftspeople who help bring homeowners’ dreams to life. In his free time, Owen enjoys
snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and traveling, with the mountains as a favorite destination.
