Cecilia Waple

Originally from Rehoboth Beach, Cecilia brings her enthusiasm for people, connection, and creativity to the Nally Homes team. Before joining the construction world, she worked in Chicago at a high-end wedding and event venue, later transitioning into mortgage recruiting and lending alongside her husband, Nick.

She loves helping clients bring their visions to life, whether it’s a small renovation, a custom home, or a dream space transformation. For her, the most rewarding part of the process is watching an idea evolve from concept to reality.

Outside of work, Cecilia is known for her warmth and ability to bring people together. She and Nick love hosting dinner parties that connect friends from all corners of their lives, evenings filled with great food, laughter, and lasting memories.

When she’s not with clients or entertaining at home, you can find her biking around Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, riding the rides at Funland, or grabbing a slice of Louie’s pizza and an ice cream cone by the beach.
