Don has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry designing, building, and renovating high-end custom coastal homes and custom commercial restaurants, business offices, and other unique projects.

He has designed and built over $200,000,000 in custom homes for satisfied clients throughout Delaware’s coastal region, with continued relationships. His combined management experience, technical background, creativity, hands-on building knowledge, and solution-driven approach makes Don an extremely valuable asset to our team and clients.

Don began his career as a college physics and engineering instructor after graduating with a BA in Physics and an AS in Engineering Design. While teaching, he began a small consulting business of prototype design, which eventually led to his calling of designing and building custom homes. That business grew and evolved into a coastal custom home-building firm where he served as a partner and operator for 10+ years. Don then continued to expand his knowledge and skill sets in the custom commercial and high-end residential remodel markets, eventually leading to the management/building of super-high-end custom oceanfront homes ranging from $5 million to $16 million.
