Don Stewart began his career as a college physics and engineering instructor after graduating with a BA in Physics and an AS in Engineering Design. While teaching, he began a small consulting business of prototype design, which eventually led to his calling of designing and building custom coastal homes in Delaware. The business grew and evolved into a coastal custom home-building firm where he served as a partner and operator for 10+ years. Don then continued to expand his knowledge and skill sets in the custom commercial and high-end residential remodel markets, eventually leading to the management/building of super-high-end custom oceanfront homes ranging from $5 million to $16 million. Don continues to show his expertise in all the Nally Homes projects, including King’s Grant.
Don Stewart has…
• Worked with some of the most prestigious architects from DC/Annapolis.

• Built prestigious homes with a structural complexity that rivals high-rise buildings.
• Built homes designed to withstand the harshest of oceanfront conditions.

A coastal homeowner himself, Don enjoys the beach life with his family, chasing fish, and restoring classic cars.
